Starting 22nd January on Scotland Island
If you are new to yoga, or simply haven’t been on your mat for a while, join us every second Monday evening from the 22nd of January at 7pm in the hall for a beginner’s yoga course.
We will be covering the basics of yoga asana (postures) and pranayama (breath work) to help you form the foundations of a safe and enjoyable yoga practice – building strength , flexibility and a calmer disposition. The knowledge that you gain can also then be applied to Saturday morning classes, general level vinyasa classes – meaning a flowing class with connection between body and breath. Those that already have a yoga practice will benefit from returning to the basic elements of asana and pranayama practice.
Nadine comes from a long and varied background in the practice and teaching of yoga and her classes reflect this – accommodating all ages from teens to the elderly, those with injuries and those pregnant.
The course of 5 classes over 10 weeks is $100.
If you would like to attend the Saturday morning class on the off week, having the chance to apply what you have learnt in beginner’s classes, then Option B is for you: $180 for all ten classes.
(One missed class pass is available should you not be able to make all classes)
All equipment is provided and bookings are recommended. Please get in touch here for bookings.
