There are trials showing benefits for kids with asthma, ADHD, epilepsy, eating disorders and more, plus these studies also showed reductions in stress, anxiety, and fatigue.

Kids yoga suits all kids, male & female, of all backgrounds and is especially beneficial for kids with learning difficulties and special needs. Kids yoga is non competitive, engaging and most importantly, fun!
Classes follow a similar rhythm each week and include music or songs, games, breathing exercises & relaxation.
